Heat therapy is helpful in reducing pain, especially for arthritis sufferers. These heat packs are activated when the metal disk floating inside the gel is snapped. The pack will heat up within 15 seconds and stay hot for 30-60 mins. To re-use, place the heat pack into boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Gel heat packs can be used over and over again. Can be custom coloured.
